This talk will seek to deepen our understanding of public information and the press, and discuss the skills needed to write for a lay audience in order to enhance research and public opinion. Some of the questions posed are: How can you get your subject across to the public via the press and not be misunderstood? What's the key to getting an op-ed published in a local or regional newspaper?
